Six tips to help get better sleep during working from home times
1. Stick to a sleep schedule; Wake up at the same time each day.
2. Do not eat or drink right before going to bed (i.e., sugar, alcohol, nicotine, caffeine).
3. Limit activities in bed (ideally you're not working from your bed or watching screens from bed).
4. Make your sleeping environment comfortable (e.g., noise machine, diffuser, temperature).
5. Reduce stress (get your worrying out before bed, try journaling or making a quick note of the worries so you're not up thinking about them).
6. Exercise regularly (try to finish exercising at least 3 hours before bed so as not to over stimulate your body).
